Our tour starts with a pick-up from your hotel in Taghazout or Agadir, and our local tour guide (English and French speaking) will accompany you on your journey. You can choose from two different pick-up times – either 8:30 am for a morning session or 2:00 pm for an afternoon session. We’ll transport you in air-conditioned comfort to the sand dunes for your sandboarding experience

Once you arrive at Taboga sand dunes, you’ll have the opportunity to experience the thrill of sandboarding. Our expert guide will provide you with a sandboard and give you instructions on how to ride it. You can surf the sand dunes and slide down the desert as you explore the beautiful views of the area. We recommend wearing shorts and sandals for maximum comfort.
Duration & Availability
Our sandboarding adventure tour lasts approximately 5 hours and is available every day. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund.
Price & Inclusions
Our tour price includes hotel pick-up and drop-off in Taghazout and Agadir, air-conditioned transportation, and up to 2 hours of sandboarding experience with a local tour guide (English and French speaking). The price is €60.00 per adult and €30.00 per child (ages 1-12). Drinks are not included in the price.

This trip was excellent! I’m so glad we booked it, very smooth booking with fast whatsapp reply to any questions. Our guide Mohamed was so friendly and with lots of knowledge and was amazing company for our little one, so kind! While we were driving we saw camels – also the baby camel for the first time. Sand Boarding was our favourite activity in Morocco and I can’t imagine without our amazing instructor Rachid who showed us the best spots and help our little one to balance and get back to the top so many times. In the end we had a delicious lunch at locals home, with the beautiful dish, tea and local bananas. We loved this experience and would recommend to everyone – couples, family and groups of friends.

Was slightly sceptical at first as it was the first time I had booked a trip in advance from the UK. We were picked up on time and throughout our journey and the tour Mohamed made the trip enjoyable. He spoke very good English. From the minute he picked us up from our hotel right through to drop off he chatted to us, me and my daughter learnt so much on the journey about Morocco 🇲🇦. The experience we had is unforgettable and that would not have been possible without Mohamed. We went to Samir’s house where we enjoyed a home cooked lunch and the hospitality we received there was amazing, we didn’t feel shy as we felt like we were having lunch at home. If I could give more stars 🌟 I would. Strongly recommend to anyone wanted to do trips and excursions

We went on the sand boarding trip with Mohammed and his brother Rashid. The trip was amazing. Mohammed was really friendly and full of information for us. We stopped at viewpoints along the way and Mohammed bought us some bananas from the market on the way back which were delicious. Rashid was great with my children (9 and 11) as they were a bit cautious initially about the sand boarding. He was also great at helping to drag us back up the dunes!! Rashid senior (the uncle) was who I communicated with about the tour. He was really helpful and flexible when we needed to change the day. A great tour with incredibly nice people. Definitely recommend.

The traditional food was prepared with love by the family of the guide and Moroccan tea. After strengthening, we drove to a unique photo hot spot right on the cliffs. Then it went off to the sand dunes. The sandbording was so much fun, after a short briefing we could drive as often as we wanted. In between we just sat in the sand for a while and enjoyed the breathtaking landscape. Another highlight was the sunset. I definitely recommend the tour, especially if you want to experience the sand dunes of Morocco away from tourism.

We were in Morocco for 7 days already and never really felt the Moroccan flair until we experienced the sandboarding tour. We got picked up at our hotel and drove to the aunt of our driver. There we enjoyed a typical Moroccoan lunch which was delicious. We got served fruits and tea as well. From there we drove to a beautiful point with an incredible view and close to this place we started walking a little bit over sand dunes. We were alone there, only our guides and we, 6 travelers. There we had so much fun while sand boarding and talking about different stuff. To watch the sunset we walked a little bit further and enjoyed an even greater view on top of a hill, simply breathtaking. I recommend this tour to everyone who wants to enjoy an amazing Moroccan experience with great guides like mohamed and his yassine ! Thank you!

Sandboarding was a lot of fun. Before that there was a very tasty meal and tea. However, the timing was not so good because you did sports with a very full stomach. After exercising, you could have eaten everything. In our opinion the price is too high for what you experienced that day. Nevertheless it was a nice day and for everyone who wants to try sandboarding: Try it!

The driver MO picked us up on time and drove us to his home village for about an hour. They had a delicious tagine there, which is one of the best meals I have eaten in our time in Morocco. After we had packed the board, we drove with MO , Amine and Jussev to the imposing dunes. That’s when the fun really began! Up on the board and down the dune – again and again! Amine and Jussev tirelessly carried the boards upstairs, gave us tips and cheered us on. Thanks for the great service and input! After a while we were exhausted and enjoyed looking over the sea. MO picked us up on time and brought us safely back to the hotel – thank you! It was a great afternoon with lots of fun. We will definitely get on the boards again!

Muhammad arrived on time at 1400hrs, we went to a little town for 10 mins to see the sea front then carried on, to have food & mint tea at a traditional Morrocan house which was nice. We then went onto the Dunes to sandboard which was fun however, our personal preference would be for the dunes to be more steep but it’s good for people who wish to give sandboarding a go. I would suggest a good level of fitness as it is tiring walking back up the dunes. Muhammad was a great instructor, he then took us to a picture location which a hidden gem, we then headed back. Overall was a good tour

A fun morning out in the sand dunes and not too far away from our hotel in Agadir. The multi-talented mohamed spoke English well and explained some vital history of the area. To top off the experience, he hosted lunch at his home where his mother baked us fresh bread.
